We can help make that happen! Unlike larger builders, we have the ability to customize our plans almost any way you like to give you the home of your dreams.

High Efficiency Windows

Windows are one of the most important factors in maintaining an efficient and comfortable home. For this reason, Greth Homes offers high-quality Simonton single hung windows standard in every home. These windows contribute to the overall energy efficiency of your home by providing a combination of a Low-E (Low-Emittance) coating which reduces UV radiation and they are Argon-Filled which substantially reduces heat loss. In addition, these windows boast features that make them a convenient choice such as interior mullions to reduce maintenance and tilt-to-clean lower sash for easy maintenance.
