Financial Info
Finding the right financial institution to work with on purchasing your home is one of the most important and underrated decisions you will make during the home construction process. Whether it is a conventional, FHA/VA or construction loan, be sure to put enough research into your decision that you are working with a financial institution that will follow through on their promises and help you get into your home within your monthly budget and on your timeline. Make sure that they remember that you are their customer, even if it costs you an extra 1/8%-1/4%. Another mistake people can make is to select an institution based on company name, be sure that you feel the selection of your financial institution should include face to face meetings with a representative that you feel comfortable with. Also, be very weary of internet deals, because like most things in life, you get what you pay for.
Although many builders have their own in-house mortgage companies and title companies, Greth Homes does not offer these services direct. With over 37 years experience in this business, we know construction and customization, but when it comes to financing and title work, we believe in allowing the professionals to do their job and we'll do ours.
Greth's Preferred Lenders
The agents below are recommended by Greth Homes because they share the same customer care and values that Greth expects from its employees and their trade partners. In short, when we need personal mortgages, this is who we call. Due to poor past experiences for our customers, there are some companies and representatives that Greth Homes will not work with, no matter what the circumstances, so be sure to talk with your Greth Customer Associate about financing early in the process.
